Capabilities
Winter Seasonal Rental
Where a chalet is rented to a tour operator or individual, on a seasonal
basis
Assist in finding a tour operator or individual wishing to rent the
Chalet on a seasonal basis
Assist or handle the negotiation of a mutually agreeable rental
contract within defined conditions
Supervise payment schedule
Complete inventory with the operator
Hand the Chalet over to the operator
Point of contact for any repairs and maintenance during the
operator's occupancy
Check on payment of bills by operator (electricity, telephone, taxe
de sejour, etc.)
Receive Chalet from operator at the end of season.
Produce end of season report on the condition of the Chalet. Copies to
owners and operator.

Vehicle Management
For clients with a resort-based vehicle
Airport pickups and local chauffeuring
Vehicle inspection: lights, water, oil, fuel, tyre condition and
pressure
