Chalet inspection & cleaning
Check correct light bulbs in sockets
Replace filters in extractor systems
Turn mattresses
Arrange for the shampooing of carpets
Steam clean tiles as required

Turn off supplies, close chimney
Inspect and clear gutters
Report on interior & exterior of Chalet with
recommendations for maintenance
Inter-season
Monthly visits to check
for damage, vermin, water damage. Flush toilets, fill sink and
shower bends to prevent odours from drains.
